A much beloved member of the Pfister family, Lillian Birchbauer, celebrated a milestone birthday in Café Rouge surrounded by family and friends. The funny, feisty woman, known affectionately as “Coat Check Lillian,” was honored at a surprise 90th birthday party thrown by her children at the hotel she dearly loves. Lillian made decades of memories while taking care of guests before her well-earned retirement at age 87. Her spirit of hospitality and passion for service make her a cherished part of Pfister history.
