Blu’s Official 10th Anniversary Party

Blu is celebrating a decade of Milwaukee’s best views and creative cocktails. Located on the 23^rd floor of downtown Milwaukee’s historic Pfister Hotel, the bar and lounge is commemorating its 10-year anniversary with a huge bash, new live music series, weekly drink specials and events and more.

From drink specials and live music, to raffle prizes, free appetizers, complimentary mini spa treatments and a midnight champagne toast, Blu’s official 10^th anniversary party will start off the next decade with a bang. The party will be held on Sat., Oct. 9, 2010, from 4pm to bar close.

The anniversary party kicks off a 10-week live music series in Blu that runs Saturdays through December. Acts performing the night of the anniversary party include Greg Flattery, Kyle Feerik, Color Truth and Colin O’Brien. Kidd O’Shea from WMYX will be our emcee from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm

A timeline of the night follows:

• Beat the Clock happy hour from 4pm–8pm (with $4 drinks from 4-5, $5 drinks from 5-6, and so on) – so get there early
• Mini spa treatments in Twenty-3 and complimentary appetizer buffet from 6pm-8pm
• Midnight champagne toast and Blu anniversary cake celebrating 10 years on 10/10/10
• Midnight raffle drawing with a grand prize of two roundtrip Frontier Airline tickets

The event also serves as a kick-off for a 10-week Saturday night live music series.
